In today's fast-paced, stressful work environment, employees often encounter
difficult situations that push their buttons. In interactive self-awareness
and skill building sessions, participants identify their personal hot
buttons and practice strategies to navigate themselves and these situations.

preparation and competencies to embrace organizational change.
We help
managers to design and implement collaborative and inclusive
change processes, including visioning, assessing the current
organizational culture, and identifying and implementing
change strategies.
