Through seminars and individual coaching we help managers and supervisors enhance their competencies and skills in creating work climates where all employees feel safe, respected, and able to contribute and develop to their fullest potential. The goal is to increase employee retention through more effective communication, motivation, supervision and performance accountability.

2. Conflict Resolution
We work with individuals, teams, and departments to resolve interpersonal and organizational conflicts. We help employees assess their core issues and group dynamics, facilitate more effective dialogue and understanding, and identify practical solutions and strategies for change.

3. Team Building
We design consultation and training interventions to help work groups increase employee retention, team work, morale, and productivity.
Work groups report improvements in decision-making, conflict management, communication, group dynamics, and managing diversity.

4. Diversity Management
Managing issues of diversity is critical to the success of every organization in today's multicultural environment. In our diversity awareness and skill building seminars, participants develop core competencies and practice fundamental skills to work effectively in diverse work groups and with a diverse consumer base.

5. Managing Difficult Situations
In today's fast-paced, stressful work environment, employees often encounter difficult situations that push their buttons. In interactive self-awareness and skill building sessions, participants identify their personal hot buttons and practice strategies to manage themselves and these situations.

6. Change Managements
It is critical that all members of an organization have the preparation and competencies to embrace organizational change.

We help managers to design and implement collaborative and inclusive change processes, including visioning, assessing the current organizational culture, and identifying and implementing change strategies.
